hCG Diet Italian Cod

Do you know Dwayne Johnson? He is a famous wrestler/actor and sometimes he is called “The Rock”. He got that moniker because of the fact that he has a rock hard physique.

One of Dwayne’s favorite foods is the Cod. Why Cod, you ask? He loves Cod because it not only has amazing amounts of protein, but it is also healthy as well.

Cod is also very delicious and it also contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids that are essential for a healthy heart.

Now, if you’re on the hCG diet and you want to try out cod fish for yourself, then consider yourself lucky. I have an amazing recipe that is very easy to do and requires only a few ingredients. Plus, it only requires a few minutes to prepare and cook.

So, without further ado, let’s start cooking the hCG Diet Italian Cod! Here are the ingredients that you will need:

  • 100 grams Cod fish

  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper

  • 8 oz HCG Tomato Italiano Sauce*

*hCG Tomato Italiano sauces can be bought from a variety of hCG stores online. They are cheap and they are packed with flavor and nutrition. This sauce is a perfect complement to this dish.

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Next, season the cod fish with salt and pepper. Make sure that the fish is evenly coated for best flavor results.

  3. Get a non-stick pan and put over medium-high heat. Cook the Cod until it gets slightly brown (which shouldn't be more than 1-3 minutes).

  4. After the cod has turned a bit brown, put it inside the oven until the fish turns opaque and a little bit flaky (the time it takes for the cod fish to turn opaque is usually 3-5 minutes, but it may increase or decrease depending on your oven).

  5. Heat the hCG Italiano sauce in a sauce pan while the Cod fish is cooking.

  6. Get a plate and place all of the hCG Tomato Italiano Sauce on it. Place the cooked Cod on top of the sauce and you're good to go!

This hCG Diet Italian Cod recipe is deliciously good and that it only takes roughly 15 minutes to cook the entire dish. Just make sure to keep an eye on the fish when it is still in the oven as people tend to overcook any food that is placed inside their ovens.
